Meet Stefanie Mossakowski

Transformational Mentorship with Integrated Somatic Work in Elgin, TX

Welcome, my love. I am so glad you found this space.

I am a writer, mentor, somatic energy practitioner, and facilitator for transformation. Above all else, I am a student of this beautiful, messy human experience first. I have always seen and felt the world very deeply. I did not always know how to make sense of that and often felt like I was on the outside looking in. My own path has held many steep learning curves and profound trauma, and I often struggled with self-worth and understanding my place in the world. These lived experiences are what have cultivated the lens of deep compassion, intuition, and down-to-earth wisdom that I have the honor of bringing into these shared spaces today.

An Innovative Approach Built on Lived Experience

My unique approach to transformational mentorship and integrated somatic work is built upon nearly 25 years of experience in healing, advocacy, and clinical practice.

I spent years working in intensive women’s and children’s advocacy and was traditionally trained as a trauma therapist specializing in somatic release. In my earlier years, I began exploring somatics and energy work in my own transformational journey and found so much extraordinary healing in that work. Once I connected with my body’s healing capacity, I could not wait to begin incorporating that understanding into the work I was doing with clients.

I began to navigate away from standard, rigid, clinical boxes, and I became trained as a yoga teacher and Reiki practitioner. I knew that healing, restoration, and transformation required something more fluid, intuitive, and deeply relational. Those experiences cultivated a deep love for body work, helped me to understand feminine healing principles, and allowed me to gain a greater understanding of who I am in wholeness.

During those intense years of holding massive collective trauma, I began to question many things. My own lifeline, healing, and transformation was not found in a textbook or traditional clinical practices. It was found in the quiet, fierce, resilience of the earth. It was found in my garden, in my connection with animals and the natural world, and the ancient, cyclic wisdom of nature that teaches us how to move through each season and cycle. It was found in the wisdom and stories of other women’s writings. It helped me to remember that I am THAT.

In 2018, recognizing the unsustainable toll of the systems I had been working in for years, I made my first leap into the unknown, leaving the clinical world to build a life and business aligned with my inner truth and personal rhythms. But life has many detours, and transformation is rarely a straight line; it is a spiral. When major life transitions and survival required it several years later, I found myself walking back into the clinical world. Returning to the very environments that had previously burned me out (even though I didn’t want to), was one of the hardest thresholds to cross.

Yet, it was in that return that my inner truths were forged and reinforced. I didn’t go back as the same person. I went back with a profound understanding of what it means to choose oneself in survival situations, to hold fierce boundaries in toxic systems, and how to maintain an internal depth and sanctuary when the external world is offering quite the opposite.

Throughout this journey, writing has been my primary form of deep personal alchemy, spiritual devotion, and inner exploration. It is the place where I commune with the earth, the unseen, the child and mother within, and process my own deep healing and collective understanding. Words have offered me a place to articulate the wild and unknown, to navigate the non-linear world of trauma and transformation, and contemplate and explore the world of spirituality that I was not allowed access to growing up.

Today, I have again stepped out of the system, not as a naïve dreamer, but with a battle-tested conviction. I weave rigorous clinical trauma foundations with yoga, Reiki, energy healing, natural Earth-based wisdom, and intuitive tools that have anchored me through my darkest seasons. I developed an innovative, integrative framework that treats you as a whole being- body, mind, and soul. This is not a pre-packaged solution or curriculum; it is a dynamic, living collaboration that meets you exactly where you are. There are many ways to transform, and this simply offers a different type of option.

I offer a fluid, intuitive space for women who are ready to drop the exhaustion of never “doing enough”, reclaim their lives, voices, and creativity, and return to their own sacred, sovereign wholeness.

The Power of Reciprocal Partnership

I do not operate as a cold, sterile expert delivering solutions or prescriptions to perceived problems. Our work is a deeply human, collaborative relationship rooted in safety, trust, and absolute equality. The writings, teachings, and services I offer are in many ways catalysts for transformation to occur, but they are not strict rules, dogma, or absolutes. I do not believe that I am the expert on your life, and support the understanding that YOU are your own wise expert.

My role is to serve as both a loving and fierce guide, holding a supportive container to help you uncover, re-remember, and discover how to tune into your physical body, stabilize your nervous system, connect with your own intuition and wisdom, and step into your sovereign authority.

My work is heart-centered, and the deep love I have for it (and for each of my clients) is foundationally fueled by my passion and belief that humans have the capacity for extraordinary transformation. Wherever you are on your path is perfect. Genuine connection and relationships are important to me, and my services are personalized to the individual I am working with.

If you are ready to explore what it means to return to wholeness through a process that honors your humanity, and your unique wisdom and intuition, I invite you to step into the container with me.

The life transformation I have experienced since working with her has exceeded my expectations. Finding strength, healing and confidence when working with her, I have been able to grow and challenge myself to do things that I honestly never thought possible. The tools she helped me forge are a wonderful asset to have in life, love, work and relationships. Best thing that I can say is that she never changed me, she actually guided me to understanding who I truly am. Thank you forever Stefanie!”

  • I am so very grateful I found Stefanie! Her coaching and reiki sessions are helping me transform to my best self! I love how she customizes each session to what I need at that time. My first reiki experience with her was magical! I originally contacted her because I had a family member pass away and it was traumatic. I was going through deep grieving and started having digestive issues. I was also very depressed and anxious. I knew I needed to heal in many ways and needed more than a therapist. I was so relaxed after my first session and have been feeling more connected and mindful since then. My healing journey has been unfolding beautifully and looking forward to continue working with Stefanie. Thanks for changing my life!
