Dualities of the Heart is a collection of poetry, reflections, and inner guidance that was written in 2023 during a time of deep personal transformation that lasted many years. These writings center around themes of trauma, love, grief, self-identity, healing, and embodiment, and are filtered through a lens of feminine esoteric wisdom. They are intentionally left in the order they were written as a representation of the spiraling, cycling, seasonal nature of life, love, and transformation, which are often messy and not experienced in neat categories or structures.

When I Fall, I WILL RISE
I AM a flame tender of hope for those who do not yet have freedom, and I will walk this Red Road with strength and determination.
When I fall, I WILL RISE. I will not surrender to despair, not when so much is on the line, for I AM a Warrior.
