Individual Session (VIRTUAL, 90 min.)

Individual sessions provide an innovative and integrative approach based on 25 years of experience working in healing and transformation. I utilize an intuitive approach to focus on the areas that are specifically meaningful to you, combining aspects of mind (thoughts and beliefs), body (somatics and body energetics), and spirit (the individual Soul and spiritual self). We work cooperatively together with your natural wisdom and cycles, balancing shadow-work (healing), integration (transformation), and light-work (creating).

This is not a linear, quantitative or goal-driven process; it is a qualitative, and deeply transformational journey. This provides life-changing, and long-lasting transformation that empowers YOU to transform everything around you. This is a journey of deep devotion and commitment to yourself and BEcoming your most beautiful and empowered self!
