Through many storms I have learned to slowly relax my need to control, to slow with alert awareness, and to release fixed ideas and outmoded ways of BEing, with a foundational trust that all storms pass.

So much of what I have learned has come from my soul deep connection with Nature, Earth wisdom, the intricate cycles and seasons of our lives, and the beauty that is to be found in both the darkness and light in all of those. It’s why I do the work I do!
