Dualities of the Heart is a collection of poetry, reflections, and inner guidance that was written in 2023 during a time of deep personal transformation that lasted many years. These writings center around themes of trauma, love, grief, self-identity, healing, and embodiment, and are filtered through a lens of feminine esoteric wisdom. They are intentionally left in the order they were written as a representation of the spiraling, cycling, seasonal nature of life, love, and transformation, which are often messy and not experienced in neat categories or structures.

The infinite connection reaches through the threads of time, interweaving and mingling with ancient wisdom, and circling back to visions and possibilities sensed and seen only through the mind’s eye.
It is the Light of Destiny pulling and drawing you towards your higher calling and what is truly meant for you.
You Are a Magical Misfit
You are a magical misfit, wings of fire throwing shards of too small cages as perfect tinder. Burn baby, burn!
Laugh as your wings unfold, setting your heart on fire. Small beliefs and blood-stained bandages rise as black smoke; the perfect backdrop for your emerald heart.
This is Rebirth
Pyromancy engulfed her as she danced around the open flame, chanting ancient wisdom long forgotten, as she threw her wounded heart into the flame.
A Bit About Stefanie
So much of what I have learned has come from my soul deep connection with Nature, Earth wisdom, the intricate cycles and seasons of our lives, and the beauty that is to be found in both the darkness and light in all of those. It’s why I do the work I do!
