Through many storms I have learned to slowly relax my need to control, to slow with alert awareness, and to release fixed ideas and outmoded ways of BEing, with a foundational trust that all storms pass.
The Armor of Resentment
To commit to love, healing, and transformation requires that we conjure the toxicity within that poisons our Soul intentions.

I trust in the swirling smoke of sage and glowing candlelight to guide me to Winter’s stillness.
I trust each time my heart shatters and then rebuilds itself into a shimmering mosaic of soulful experience.
I trust that all is perfect and necessary for my strength to reveal itself.
We Are Powerful Co-creators
There is wisdom that arises only from the intermingling of knowledge and experience in the magical cauldron of transformation; life’s most precious gift to us, a gift that requires us to give our greatest soul gifts back to life and humanity.
Discernment is Gifted Through Experience
Self-betrayal reveals itself through my own need to be needed.
I’m “the fixer” after all, the shadow side of empathy.
Compassion transformed to a slow-stirring cauldron of manipulation and attachment to form.
My desire for things to be a certain way, crafting a smoky mirror that distorts perception.
My cup is empty. I’ve given everything away. No one took it from me.
A necessary emptiness where the only option is to see my own illusions.
YOU are the Perfection of the Great SHE Moon
Flow with the tides, the changing of the guards, and the slow sway from darkness to light.
ALL are equal.
If you take the leap, dive deep.
Resurface as air fills newborn lungs.
Shimmer in the light of your rebirth with the knowing that you WILL dive deep again.

I choose conscious creation.
I choose to build on the strengths that have always been in me, to embrace the mistakes I have made in the past and choose differently in the present.
I choose to forgive myself for not knowing what I did not know.
I choose to stop wondering if what I have to offer is “good enough” and remind myself that I matter, that I am exactly where I am supposed to be.
This is a Heroine’s Journey
The truth of this journey is the ebb and flow of raging resistance and battle-worn surrender. This is a heroine’s journey, a call to heal, to transform, and to rise up into our power. It is a return to truth.
The Seductive Illusion of External Validation
The constant need for external love and validation creates a seductive and obsessive illusion. Love and acceptance are not somewhere outside of ourselves, or something we need to search for or earn. The strength of its foundation is within us, all around us, and in the natural world. The strength and resolve of our commitment to love begins with the love we have for ourselves and radiates into everything around us, magnetizing the same energy back to us. Rage shows us where there are cracks in our foundation of self-worth, the spaces that can only be filled by offering ourselves the love, the time, the acceptance, and the care that we are longing for.
Offer Gentleness to Each Shadow
Today, I dig up the rooted beliefs that still exist that tell me that my value is in saving or fixing other people. These are roots from the past and they do not serve the life I am creating.
Spread Your Fire
It is time to RISE, a pure tsunami of intention.
Wake up to your soul’s calling.
Allow the passion of your intention to set fire to your heart.
Light it up, love!

So much of what I have learned has come from my soul deep connection with Nature, Earth wisdom, the intricate cycles and seasons of our lives, and the beauty that is to be found in both the darkness and light in all of those. It’s why I do the work I do!
