We often go through life conditioned towards a negativity bias, gravitating towards placing our time, energy, and attention on problems; most of which we really have no control over.

In every shadowed aspect of relationship, there exists an opportunity for clarity.

Children understand the deep wisdom of freedom and presence, and the knowing that play requires no outside approval.
Internal Rebellion
Our true north calls to us to redirect our time, energy, resources, and focus to that which inspires, motivates, and drives us towards what we love and desire.
Nothing is so Serious
Nothing is as serious as we make it, and I laugh at my own grandiose thinking; a ridiculous pattern that creates towers out of old rubble that has no value.
The Transformation from Trauma
My rose-colored glasses shattered, and they were meant to, so that I could rebuild from a clear lens of my intuition, heart, Soul, and all of the things that truly matter when we free ourselves from toxic power and control.
Free to Choose
Once we are willing to see ourselves honestly, we are liberated within and free to choose again with a much clearer vision.
Open Your Arms to Receive Beauty
The flame of passion is meant to be stoked and tended daily; offering ourselves what is needed to ensure our flame does not die out from lack of awareness or attention.
You Are a Powerful Creatrix
The infinite connection reaches through the threads of time, interweaving and mingling with ancient wisdom, and circling back to visions and possibilities sensed and seen only through the mind’s eye.
It is the Light of Destiny pulling and drawing you towards your higher calling and what is truly meant for you.
Aloneness Does Not Have to Be Lonely
Some chapters require us to travel much lighter, allowing the burdens to drop away behind us, and we must place our focus on the small steps in front of us.
Our aloneness does not have to be lonely. We have friends and allies all around us.
We are Not so Different After All
I don’t take for granted the small moments of staring peacefully into the falling rain, a gentle reminder to cleanse my heart of all that does not resonate with love.
Your Legacy
If fear appears, you are moving in the right direction.
Nothing extraordinary grows from staying in the safe and ordinary.
You must sacrifice your need to know the outcome and simply follow the passions that rise up in front of you.

So much of what I have learned has come from my soul deep connection with Nature, Earth wisdom, the intricate cycles and seasons of our lives, and the beauty that is to be found in both the darkness and light in all of those. It’s why I do the work I do!
